Recipe: Duane’s Hummus
Summary: This is a very tasty hummus recipe.
2 cup garbanzo beans 1/4 cup tahini sesame butter 1 medium lemon squeezed 1/4 cup olive oil 6 clove garlic 1 teaspoon cumin ground 2 tablespoon fresh parsley or cilantro 1 tablespoon tumeric
- Put everything in your food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
- Serve with Greek-style pita and veggies, or as a condiment on falafels or sandwiches.
Try adding roasted red peppers or spinach.
